Location:  Box Hill Community Arts Centre - Drycraft West room

Length: 4 hours

Gail Stiffe will teach you how to create book covers out of recycled materials.

Curtain shops often give their samples away and they can make great book covers. There will be plenty of small scraps of leather and old book covers can be used for the support. Much of the material used comes from Reverse Art Truck in Ringwood but op shops are also useful sources.

Gail's instructions were published in the book “Eco Books: Inventive Projects from the Recycling Bin” by Terry Taylor in 2009.
